  Back Bay

Brookline is the perfect mixture of urban and suburban living. The area has a number of commercial squares including Brookline Village, Washington Square and Coolidge Corner, spaced out among an otherwise residential landscape. MORE

  Cambridge 

Cambridge, which was named in honor of the University of Cambridge in England, is home to two of the most prominent universities in the world; Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. MORE

  Fenway 

Most recognized as the home of Fenway Park and the World Champion Boston Red Sox, the Fenway neighborhood of Boston also boasts some of Boston’s top cultural institutions, including the Museum of Fine Arts, Symphony Hall, and numerous colleges and learning institutions. MORE

  Financial District 

The Financial District is the hub of business in Boston. Roughly bound by Atlantic Avenue, State Street and Devonshire Street, the area is headquarters to Fidelity Investments, Putnam Investments and the Boston Stock Exchange.

  Leather District
 The Leather District is an area of businesses and loft buildings, tightly bound by Kneeland Street to the south, Essex Street to the north, Atlantic Avenue to the east and Lincoln Street to the west. MORE

The Midtown area of Boston is bound by Chinatown, the Financial District and Boston Common. MORE

  North End 

When you think about the North End of Boston, some of the finest Italian restaurants and bakeries in New England come to mind. Originally populated by an enclave of Italian immigrants, today the North End is alive with a vibrant population with a strong sense of Italian ancestry. MORE

  Seaport District / Fort Point Channel 

The Seaport District of South Boston is emerging as Boston’s newest neighborhood. MORE

  South Boston 

South Boston is a densely populated neighborhood, located south of the Fort Point Channel and abutting Dorchester Bay. MORE

  South End / Bay Village 

Spanning nearly 1 square mile, the South End section of Boston is the largest intact Victorian neighborhood in America. With its bounty of Victorian row houses and new loft-style developments, the South End has become a first choice of professionals, artists and families alike. MORE

  Waterfront 

With the removal of the central artery, and the establishment of the Rose Kennedy Greenway, Boston’s Waterfront is no longer isolated from the rest of the city. MORE

  West End 

The West End is a small but significant community tucked behind Beacon Hill and is most visible from Storrow Drive. The neighborhood is made up of various apartment and condominium complexes and is anchored by the Massachusetts General Hospital. MORE
