The Lofts at 950 are 13 residences in a former manufacturing building with concrete floors, parking and roof deck. Interior features include 12' ceilings, exposed beams, African Sapele kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances and granite countertops. Built in 1899, converted in 2005. MBTA: Red Line (JFK/UMass)
