Complex Description:

Strada 234 is a mixed-use development, uniquely positioned at the intersection of the North End and Greenway, just a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the TD Banknorth Garden. Originally constructed in 1906 for the Austin Biscuit Company, and most recently used as an operations building for Stop & Shop supermarkets, the building was repositioned in 2003 to house 170,000 sq/ft of office space, 108 residential units including a new 6-story roof top addition, and approximately 20,000 sq/ft of street level retail. The building features an exercise room, garage parking and many units have floor to ceiling windows with views of the Zakim Bridge and downtown Boston.
